Did my own vegan version of “Bubur Ayam Quaker Oats”, a recipe by Chef @anisnabilah and it was surprisingly super quick and easy to do!

I replaced chicken with more mushrooms and instead of using chicken stock, I used my vegetable stock instead

Sauté Mushrooms
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and sauté garlic
2. Once mushrooms and softened, add chopped onions and cook until tender
Porridge
1. In a pot, combine vegetable stock, and oats and cook over a medium flame. Continue stirring.
2. When the mixture thickens, reduce the flame and add it salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and light soy sauce. Continue stirring.
3. Dish out the porridge into a bowl and top it with sauté mushrooms. Garnish with spring onions and enjoy!
